Family Violence and Personal Safety Intervention Order Matters

Powers of Attorney

 

Now more than ever, it is becoming increasingly important to have Enduring Powers of Attorney and Appointment of Medical Treatment Decision Maker documents.

Powers of Attorney apply in circumstances where a person is still living but becomes incapable of managing their own affairs or making their own decisions by virtue of ill health, incapacity or disability. Our firm will advise and assist you in relation to the important matters to be taken into account when considering these documents. This particularly involves appointing persons whom you trust to carry out your wishes and make decisions on your behalf and manage your affairs.
